Three eyewitnesses described what they saw after the driver of a car struck the revelers during a street festival in Canada, killing at least nine people. The three eyewitnesses, which all have links with the Philippin community and are residents of Vancouver, said they were in the commercial area at the end of the Lapu festival of the Lapu all day when they heard the tour of a vehicle and noisy noises on the street.
