London (AP) – Oleksandr Usyk and Daniel Dubois confirmed that they would fight again for the undisputed heavyweight championship in July.
The two fighters published details on the combat on Instagram on Sunday, confirming a previous report That the fight will take place on July 19 at the Wembley stadium in London.

“This is the fight I wanted and that I asked and now I have my chance to take revenge,” said Dubois.
The British fighter, who has the IBF belt, had pushed a revenge match since the Usyk stopped him in the ninth round of a controversial first fight between the rivals in Poland in August 2023.
He was interrupted in the fifth round for what the referee deemed a low blow of Dubois who sent Usyk on the web, with rebroadcasts showing the stroke of a punch around the Ukrainian belt. It was not given as a knockdown, no point was deduced from Dubois and Ushyk had time to recover.
The 38 -year -old usyk holds WBA, WBC and WBO belts and is undefeated as a pro.

“Thank you, Daniel, for taking care of my IBF belt – now I want it,” said Usyk.
Usyk abandoned the title IBF when he chose to fight in a revenge match against Tyson Fury in December. He won this fight in Saudi Arabia, as he made his first fight in May, the first fight for the undisputed championship since 2000.
Dubois beat the compatriot Anthony Joshua during his first fight as IBF champion in September, obtaining a fifth round kick in a dominant performance.
