Russia has launched drone strikes on civil zones from Ukraine in another deadly night attack, Ukrainian authorities announced on Tuesday, while kyiv dismissed the Declaration by Russian President Vladimir Putin of a three-day unilateral ceasefire from next week.
The assault damaged the houses in the central region of Dnipropetrovsk in Ukraine, the authorities announced, killing a 12 -year -old girl and injuring three others, including a six -year -old child.
Russia also launched 20 drones and 31 powerful guided guided bombs in Kharkiv, the second largest Ukrainian city, according to officials. The debris of an intercepted Russian drone sparked a fire in a district of the capital, the authorities said.
Meanwhile, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Tuesday that its forces had destroyed 91 Ukrainian drones overnight.
The latest drone strikes followed the announcement of Putin on Monday from a ceasefire from 72 hours from May 8 to 10 to mark the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Soviet Union and its allies during the Second World War.

“Putin can order what his forces stop, but he does not do so in the hope of deceiving everyone,” said Yermak on Monday.
In his night speech on Monday, Zelenskyy also accused Putin of trying to launch the United States.
“Russia has always rejected everything and continues to manipulate the world, trying to deceive the United States,” he said.
Zelenskyy also said that the ceasefire “must be immediate, full and unconditional-for at least 30 days to ensure that it is secure and guaranteed”.
On Tuesday, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said that Ukraine had not correctly responded to Putin's announcement and accused kyiv officials of being misleading.

Putin had previously announced a unilateral Easter ceasefire of 30 hours and Ukraine expressed his preparation for the reciprocity of any true truce at the time.
However, the two parties accused the other of attacks which violated the truce of Moscow.
The Russian chief previously made a complete conditional ceasefire when the Western weapons supplies are stopped with the mobilization effort of kyiv and Ukraine, requests rejected by Ukraine.
