Network Rail Property hosted a new offer of take -back roasts at the Victoria station, a first for its booming retail wallet. The new unit has 235 square feet of first -rate space.
With 11 locations through London, redemption roasters offer a variety of high quality tea and coffee and a selection of pastries for those looking to have a hot drink on the go.
The opening of takeover roasters in London Victoria marks the brand's first store in a railway station.
Redemption roasting were launched in 2017 by the co-founders Max Dubiel and Ted Rosner, and the company employs former prisoners and offers training programs for Barista and Café technicians. The formation is provided inside and outside the prison, and all the coffee used by the Rassefectors of Réacit are roasted at HMP Le Mont. Before launching takeover roasts, the co-founder Max Dubiel co-founded Black Sheep Coffee, one of the fastest growth in the UK.
The last 18 months have seen Network Rail proactively evolve the retail mixture in its 19 stations managed by introducing new brands and experiences. This strategy is bearing fruit with a network network with 240.5 million pounds of retail sales in the third quarter, an increase of +7% (covering October to December 2024). During the third quarter of 2024, 24 retail units opened its doors in the 19 managed Network Rail stations.
