Kanye West Drings more than disturbing and anti-Semitic elbows online these days … The rapper also makes a racket with his super noisy casting calls, and offended neighbors with a prominent racist hatred symbol in Los Angeles, learned TMZ.
Here is the agreement … Kanye plastered the Larchmont district of La with an “urgent” advertisement in search of “African-American men” for his “Hooligan choir”, which settled in a warehouse near a primary school.

In leaflets, Kanye demands that the perspectives cannot be “fatty” and must wear all black with the complexion of the skin of Sean “Diddy” Combs – who is about to judge for the alleged racketeering, sexual traffic and other federal crimes. The announcement also requires that anyone be “at ease to wear swastikas” and, of course, there are other conditions.
Sources with direct knowledge tell us … The neighbors who live in the region pulls their hair on an almost daily basis because of the thunderous sounds from a system of sound system outside the warehouse where hearings take place.
We are told that two on the songs of Kanye – “Carnival” and “Black Skinhead” – are constantly raised from the speakers, which means that the walls inside neighboring houses have repercussions.

Our sources say that black men with shaved heads are seen wearing dark clothes and standing in military training as they try for the pieces. We are told that Kanye has not yet came on on the set.
Residents are so fed up that they have repeatedly called the Los Angeles police to complain about the noise … but they say that the cops have done nothing.
We are also told that Swastikas crosses have been drawn on the side of the warehouse in clear sight of the primary school, perhaps exhibiting young children with the Nazi symbol.

Sources of application of the law indicate to TMZ … The LAPD has received almost a dozen noise and disturbances in the last 60 days for the warehouse “where Kanye West does business for an upcoming event”.
The cops also tell us that they have received two other calls from Cross Cross Cross in the warehouse – but only one of them was discovered on a wall, and an investigation was launched. The LAPD also examines noise and disruption complaints.
What is it equivalent to? Kanye being Kanye. We have contacted his representative … so far, no return word.
