Star “Floribama Shore” Kirk medas is in a hospital bed in the intensive care unit and he needs a machine to breathe.

Nilsa ProvantWho played alongside Kirk in the canceled MTV show, just shared an update of health on his good friend Kirk … and that doesn't sound well.
Kirk is in USI fighting necrotizing pancreatitis, Nilsa says … and he has been there for almost two weeks and is now under sedation and uses a fan to breathe.
Nilsa says the family is crowdsourcing To help pay the growing medical bills of Kirk because he apparently did not have health insurance … and she says that all the money collected will go to medical invoices and rehabilitation.
She says she went to Miami to see Kirk in the USI … and it was emotional for her to see him in a fan.
Nilsa says that family and friends pray to Kirk are completely recovering … But it seems that he has a long road to come.
