The Italian artist Paola Grizi tells stories not with ink or paper, but with the expressive power of bronze.
His superb sculptures transform books into three -dimensional works of art, capturing the essence of knowledge, mystery and human emotion. Each piece reveals the deep link between literature and human experience, often representing faces emerging or interacting with the sculpted pages. Grizi has created bronze and terracotta sculptures for a decade, but his passion for clay began in childhood. Over time, she has refined her technique, which questions gravity to bring lightness and dynamism to a static material, producing works that speak to both eye and soul.
