The prevention of a tax increase barely responds to the definition of a tax drop

To the editor: Let's be clear: preventing a tax increase is not the same as the creation of a tax drop (“” “The Republicans want to deceive you by thinking that a drop in massive tax has no cost,»April 7)! If the congress authorizes the law on tax reductions and jobs of 2017 to expire at the end of 2025, it will not be as usual – it will be an increase in taxes for millions of families in the middle class. But when the legislators adopted the law of 2017, they did not know that the fact that the laps of his would not mean a political assessment to allow this to happen.
