Islamabad: the spokesman for the Ministry of Pakistan Foreign Affairs said on Friday May 9 that India was responsible for having brought the two nuclear war neighbors closer.
“It is very unfortunate that the reckless conduct of India has brought the two nuclear weapons closer to a major conflict,” said Shafqat Ali Khan in a press briefing in the Islamabad capital.
“Jingism and Hysteria of the India War should be a source of serious concern for the world.”
In addition, five civilians were killed in Indian bombing over the night at the cashmere administered by Pakistan, a official of the Pakistani government said on Friday after days of exchanges between neighbors.
Deaths have been reported in areas close to the highly militarized border known as the control line that separates the cashmere region between India and Pakistan.
“Indian forces bombed the civil zones … leading to the death of four people, including a two -year -old girl and injuring 12 others, the police manager Adeel Khan told AFP, based in the Kotli district, adding that the bombardments were continuing late at night.
“In response, the Pakistani army carried out a strong counterattack, targeting three Indian positions through the control line (LOC).”
In Muzaffarabad, the capital of cashmere administered by Pakistan, a senior government official who asked not to be appointed confirmed the deaths in Kotli and added that a fifth person had been killed in the Bagh district.
A Muzaffarabad -based security official, who asked not to be appointed, told AFP: “A mortar shell pulled by Indian forces struck a civil house in Bagh, causing the death of a young man and injuries to his two sisters.
