The former Indiana teacher responsible for sexually mistreating several minor children while they wore “Scream” masks prepare the ground to affirm that she was not in her good sense when she had committed the acts.
Brittany Fortinberrylawyer, Stephen Grayfiled an opinion from the court to hire several mental health professionals to give his client a psychiatric assessment.
Gray says he wants to see if Fortinberry suffers from a mental illness or a defect, which “prevented him from appreciating the error of the error of the conduct at the time of the offense”.
After receiving the opinion, the case judge has now signed an order for Fortinberry to take the psychological exam … after the authorities accused him of engaging in “gangbangs” with the students, among other twisted things.
Do not forget … Fortinberry faces a crime accusation smorgasbord – 29 in all – for the agricultural assaults of the child, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, dissemination of the harmful material for minors, and even more. She faces decades behind bars if she is found guilty.
The police say that Fortinberry had a very specific sex scenario that children have asked to play using replicas of the masks of the “Scream” film killers.
The cops say that witnesses accused Fortinberry of having given some of the alleged victims of hundreds of dollars of clothes before bringing them home to have sex.
Fortinberry is currently detained in Morgan County prison in Martinsville, Indiana.
