Cops surveying a golf cart

The cops opened an investigation into the golf cart accident that remains John Elwaylongtime friend, Jeff Sperbeckfight for your life, TMZ SPORTS confirmed.
The Riverside County Sheriff's Bureau tells us … It started to probe the question – which occurred on Saturday evening at the Quinta, in California – but at the moment, everything is “purely informative”.
We are told that the investigators are collecting information … and conducting interviews with witnesses. In the end, the cops say that the objective is to determine whether a criminal act has occurred.
The accident occurred while Elway, Sperbeck, their wives and John's son left a post-stopoach party. Elway had led … When Sperbeck suddenly fell from the back of the vehicle, hit his head and suffered from traumatic injuries.
Elway was the one who immediately composed 911 to call for help.
Sperbeck was described as unconscious but always breathing when paramedical paramedics arrived on the scene. He is now in a local hospital – but his prognosis is not good … We are told that he is on survival – and doctors are preparing to harvest his organs for donation.
Sperbeck worked as an Elway agent during the days of play of the former NFL superstar, and the two ultimately became business partners … starting 7celars – a cellar – together in 2013.
Elway has not yet publicly commented on the situation.
