The argument of a food bank needed a luxury car is specious

To the editor: Brian Weaver, director general of the Southern California food bank, says that the Tesla he bought with food from the food bank was for work rather than for personal use (“The leaders of California Food Bank spent millions in cars, vegas trips, renovations at home, said, follows,»April 8). None of my experience with non -profit organizations, whether paid, volunteer or academic, would provide a good excuse for a non -profit group to buy any luxury car brand.
