The man that the cops say they have stopped on the United Hannesota campus has just been identified … and only TMZ has his cup shot.
The police tell us Ian Stanley Wagner was arrested on Monday outside the headquarters of Unitedhealthcare and was reserved for having pretended to be threatened with violence.

Fox 9 Minneapolis-St. Paul
FBI and Minnetonka police said Wagner contacted the FBI Minneapolis Field Office on Monday morning and “was threatened with violence directed to the United Health Establishment if specific requests were not satisfied”.
The federals add … “There is no indication that the individual had specific grievances against United Healthcare.” This is notable because earlier this year, the CEO of Unitedhealthcare Brian Thompson was shot in New York, prosecutors claiming Luigi Mangione pulled the trigger.
The FBI says that a crisis negotiator spoke to Wagner on the phone … and agents of the FBI working group working with the Minnetonka police helped him take care after going.
As we pointed out … The guy said he had a firearm, required $ 1 million And said he would not be caught alive. The cops say they recovered a gun from his car.
The incident resulted in a massive police response to the headquarters of Unitedhealthcare.
