Shaquille O'Neal follows his son at university.
Shaq agreed to become the director general of the male basketball program in Sacramento State, reported Monday evening on Monday evening. The roll will be voluntary for Shaq.
Shaq will join Mike Bibby, who Was hired as next head coach of the program earlier this yearin the bag. Bibby, who spent half of his career in the NBA playing for the Sacramento Kings, will take over in what will be his first job of the university coach. He recently helped direct his former Lycée in Arizona to five state titles.

Bibby and Shaq will try to reverse the Hornets program. The school is expected to open a new basketball installation on campus next fall, although the Hornets had only had two winning seasons since they started playing in 1991. They have not yet done the NCAA tournament, and Bibby will be the fifth coach in the last six seasons.
Shaq's son Shaqir O'Neal is committed to playing for Bibby next year. Shaqir spent last season in Florida A&M, where he collected on average 6.7 points and 3.2 rebounds per game. The 21 -year -old also spent three seasons in Texas Southern before that.
Bibby and Shaq have never played with each other in the league, although they clashed several times throughout their careers. Shaq is the last NBA player to agree to work as general manager at the college level. The star of the Golden State Warriors, Stephen Curry, will be Davidson's deputy director general, and Atlanta Hawks star, Trae Young, does the same in Oklahoma.

Shaq played in the League from 1992 to 2011. The temple of fame is currently working as an analyst at TNT On “inside the NBA”.
“Me and Shaq have a good relationship. It was probably not good when we were playing against each other,” said Bibby earlier this month when he was presented to Sacramento State, Via the Associated Press. “There have been a lot of tests to advance a rivalry, try to do a lot of time in the league.”
