On Wednesday evening, at least three people were killed in a Russian drone attack in the south-eastern Ukrainian city of Dnipro.

A young girl was one of the dead and the regional governor Serhiy Lysak in an article on Telegram.

Thirty others were injured, including five children, 16 of whom were treated in a local hospital.

Several fires broke out following the strike, damaging at least 15 buildings across the city.

The attack occurred after Russia struck the city of Kherson earlier during the day with Glide bombs and artillery.

The Russian forces opened artillery fires while the rescue services arrived at the scene after the initial bomb attack, according to the Ukrainian authorities.

One person died and approximately nine others were injured during the attack, which damaged a sports installation, a supermarket, residential buildings and civil vehicles.

Mortal Russian air attacks have increased in recent weeks despite the calls by US President Donald Trump for a cease-fire.

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio arrived in the French capital Paris for interviews with his European counterparts.

With Trump's special envoy, Steve Witkoff, they will discuss efforts to end the Moscow War in Ukraine.

The ministers of foreigners and the defense of Ukraine and the British Minister of Foreign Affairs David Lammy should also participate in the discussions.
