A jetblue pilot that was Arrested for sexual accusations last month at Logan de Boston airport Friday morning, mortally fired at an MBTA station, officials said.
The violent apprehension section of the Massachusetts state police revealed that Jeremy Gudorf, 33, of Ohio, in his car parked in the garage of Revere wonders, according to a spokesperson for the State police.
When the soldiers approached him, state police said Gudorf released a gun and “suddenly shot”.
The soldiers entered the Gudorf vehicle and made help before being transported to the local hospital, where he was declared dead.
“Pending the official identification by the office of the chief forensic scientist, the state police think that the identity of the individual is Jeremy Gudorf,” added the spokesperson.
Gudorf was caught in Logan for a few moments before taking off in a flight to Paris on the evening of February 20, the authorities announced. He was later Indictment before the East Boston district court on a fugitive from justice.
The deputy prosecutor of Suffolk, Kyle Neyman, declared during the indictment that Gudorf was sought in Huntersville, in North Carolina, to exploit a minor for the service.
Customs and the protection of American border have learned the mandate of the arrest of Gudorf while carrying out a standard examination of the manifesto of a Boston flight in Paris and requested the help of the soldiers assigned to the airport, the state police announced.
“He is a commercial pilot, the mandate has obviously left North Carolina and resides in the state of Ohio. So, for these reasons, we ask that he be detained without surety and renounce his passport, “Neyman told court.
In a press release provided to Boston 25 News after his arrest, a spokesperson for JetBlue said that Gudorf had been placed on “indefinite leave”.
“We are aware and closely examine the arrest of one of our drivers during the work declaration at Logan de Boston airport on Thursday evening due to an unanswered mandate,” said the spokesperson. “The pilot was put on indefinite leave as the police take place with the question.”
The Huntersville Police Department said it launched an investigation into Gudorf in October 2024 after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Operated Children.
During the investigation, the police service said that the detectives had obtained a search warrant for Google, leading to the identification of the source of reported sexual exploitation images.
“As the crime was committed, the files indicate that he lived in Huntersville, in North Carolina. However, during the investigation, and before he was identified as a suspect, he moved outside the state, “the police department said in a statement.
Gudorf was sentenced to a deposit of $ 10,000 under the condition that he immediately reports to North Carolina in the week following her appearance in court.
Gudorf had been released on bail but apparently failed to join the state of his release.
Friday's incident remains under investigation.
