The army of India said on Tuesday that it had repeatedly exchanged gunshots with the Pakistani troops on the other side of the control line (LOC), the de facto border of cashmere, a highly fortified area of Himalaya grafts at high altitude.
The Pakistani army did not confirm the shooting, but the state radio in Islamabad reported on Tuesday that it had shot down an Indian drone, calling it a violation of its airspace.
It didn't say when the incident happened, and there was no comments from New Delhi.
“Ends of the earth”
Tensions were quickly strengthened during the week since the Pahalgam attack, with Tit-For-Tat diplomatic beards, the expulsion of citizens and closed terrestrial watersheds.

Meanwhile, the UN chief Antonio Guterres made calls with Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and the Indian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sudrahmanyam Jaishankar in which he “offered his good offices to support de-escalation,” said his spokesperson.
