Tom Thibodeau was not satisfied with the officer in the The loss of New York Knicks against Detroit pistons Monday evening.
Knicks head coach, shortly after their return offer against the Pistons failed at Madison Square Garden in match 2 of his opening eliminatory series, turned on the officials for the way they called the match.

Thibodeau said the box scoring directly by doing so. The Knicks only pulled 19 frank throws, against 34 by the pistons.
“Obviously, a huge divergence in free throws. Huge,” said Thibodeau. “I have to take a look at that. I do not understand how on the one hand, you are talking about direct line readers, guys who are clogged and he is not called.
“Listen, I really do not give shit how they call the game as long as it is consistent on both sides. If Cunningham drives and there is a marginal contact and that he arrives at the line, then Jalen (Brunns) deserves to go to the line. It's really as simple.”
To be fair, officials have largely allowed a fairly physical game at all levels The victory of the pistons 100-94 Monday evening. The pistons had 24 faults which called them, compared to the 22 the knicks were requested. It is more or less as it can be possible.
And, in the example between the star of Pistons Cade Cunningham and Brunson that Thibodeau referred, there was not much divergence either. Cunningham went 10 out of 12 from the Frankish launcher line, and Brunson went 9 out of 11.
But apart from Brunson, the Knicks have only succeeded in eight attempts to launch frankly all night. There may be a certain number of reasons for this, ranging from the officer to the way in which the infraction of the Knicks worked against a defense of the pistons which has closed them several times for significant stretches.

The Knicks, despite the fall of two figures in the second half, rallied and almost had a second consecutive victory on Monday evening. But the pistons held on the section to escape with the victory – who has marked the first victory of the franchise qualifiers since 2008. It was the longest active victory in the playoff series in the League. Cunningham paved the way with 33 points, including 20 in the first half and 12 rebounds. The pistons pulled only 6 out of 27 of the 3 points.
Brunson led all scorers with 37 points and seven rebounds. The five starting Knicks have reached double figures, but the cities of Karl-Anthony did not score in the second period and were limited to 10 points. The Knicks were also exceeded by 14. The series now on an equalocation 1-1, the two teams will return to court Thursday evening for match 3 in Detroit.
Although the divergence of free throws of the Monday match is a real thing in the box score and is just a thing to question, blaming the loss of the officer's function is not a valid decision – especially when you compare two stars side by side.
