My summer capsule wardrobe: 5 clothing items that I will wear all season | Wit & Delight

Earlier this spring, I went through my closet To assess the clothes I had. I donated certain things and made small solutions on parts that had to be repaired. This process helped me keep my organized closet and make the most of the clothes I already have.

While we are approaching summer, I took out some of the parts that I am most Excited to wear in the coming months.

Today, I share the five clothes in hot weather that never get lost – my summer capsule wardrobe, if you want.

If you like this post, take a look at some of my other recent style messages: The swimsuits in one room that I will wear all summer + 4 shoes I will live this spring.

01

Overalls

Why I like them: I found a pair of white overalls Mango last summer which ended up being in heavy rotation. The exact pair that I have is no longer available but Mango has A really similar style, linked here! Regarding the overalls, I like style, comfort and versatility for different occasions.

I also have a pair of Jesse Kamm combination who are really special (I bought them at Insects and received a press presentation). The price is high but the quality is so good. If you want to look for them at a lower price, resale sites like Realreal are a great option to keep in mind!

How I will stylize them: There are so many ways to style the overalls. Most often, I like to associate them with a cropped t-shirt or tank top, as well as sandals or hooves!

Dresses casting

Why I like them: Dresses tend to be my essential parts to wear during the months in hot weather. They will always be part of my summer capsule wardrobe. You put one and look instantly assembled.

How I will stylize them: Most often, I will associate a dress with sandals, a hat and a Lipstick sliding And I'm ready to go.

Bodysuits

Why I like them: THE Skim And Maria Stanley The bodysuits I have have a similar shape and are both incredible. They are so comfortable, very flattering and united. The skimmed body also presents itself in a bunch of color options.

How I will stylize them: I love to wear them under a skirt or online shorts in summer.

Oxford shirts

Why I like them: I love a Classic Oxford shirt– They are relaxed but chic in the best way. I tend to prefer a loose cut and often buy them in the men's section (and sometimes I will borrow Joe). I have also found very good in thrift stores over the years.

How I will stylize them: One in my favorite ways to wear them is on a body and shorts.

High waist shorts

Why I like them: I love the cutting of these H&M denim shorts. They are high size and I find them really flattering. I bought the Black Denim Wash last summer and there are now two additional washes available! I also have a vintage pair Levi's I have been wearing for years and love.

How I will stylize them: I am delighted to wear high -waisted shorts with so much this summer – high flowy, bodysuits or folded t -shirts.
