I started looking for a massage pistol In September 2020 To help massage the knots, I lived behind my back. At the time, my chiropractor told me that a coherent massage was one of the best ways to relieve these nodes, and therefore started my search for a massage pistol.
I bought this special version because it had excellent criticism and was less expensive than the other similar options that I had seen online. Although the exact version I have, the OPOVE M3 PRO, is no longer available online, the OPOVE M3 PRO MAX The model is very similar. The latter includes a four -hour working time (compared to the three -hour working time in the pro), with four speed options (against three in the pro) and a longer race length for a deeper massage.
How does it integrate into your routine? How often do you use it?
Just as my chiropractor suggested it for the first time in 2020, my massage therapist told me more recently that a key to relieve this pain regularly is frequent massages, as well as daily stretching to open my shoulders and my neck. Although I continue to have back pain, the ability to practice regular massages at home helped me recover faster.
These days, the frequency with which I use the massage pistol depends on the way in which the nodes under my shoulder blades are worn, ranging from a few times a month every night (Joe will help me massage some of the spots that are difficult to reach on my back). I continue to find it incredibly Useful for relieving deep nodes in my back. Joe also got into the habit of using it, although he mainly uses it as a muscle recovery tool after cycling.
The best thing about this tool is that it is something you can use in the comfort of your home. It is an effective method for home massages and I always feel an incredible feeling of relaxation after having used it.
I also like that it is equipped with a rechargeable battery and a thin transport case for easy storage. It is light, easy to use and easy to change attachments.
Is there anything on this product you want to be different?
It is not always clear that the product is turned off, which sometimes makes it lack of battery faster. That being said, it always has a very long service life of the battery, so it is simply the separation of the hair!
How did he resist over time?
Even after Joe and I used him regularly for a year and a half, it's almost like new. There is slight wear on the finish, but it is not really noticeable. I really like the case of transport for helping to keep it in such good condition.
If you are looking for help for muscular recovery after training, suffer from nodes and discomfort of deep fabrics, or search for a tool for massage of deep tissue outside your appointments with a massage therapist, I highly recommend this product.
For me, it did not completely eliminate my back pain (and I did not expect it!), But it certainly helped me to manage it much better. It is an incredible tool to have on hand between appointments with my chiropractor and my massage therapist.
