Grand Junction, Colorado (Krex) – An accident of two cars involving a car and a motorcycle has an impact on traffic near the Mesa shopping center.
According to the Grand Junction police service concerning the accident, “a patient was transported to hospital with potentially deadly injuries.”
Patterson in the direction is currently closed as drivers are approaching the shopping center, because the accident took place at the intersection of Patterson Road and North Mesa Mall Access Road. The tracks in the direction will remain closed for a long time.
The GJPD recommends that individuals “avoid the area and find a different route for travel”. On the scene, the traffic in the direction is diverted to Market Street through the shopping center.

The accident took place around 4:15 p.m., and when they arrived, the police determined that a vehicle traveling west on Patterson Road tried to turn left and collided with a motorcycle in the east direction. Passers -by made a help to safeguard until the emergency workers arrive at the scene.
Speed is considered a possible contributing factor. The accident remains a current survey and no additional information is available at the moment.
