Michael Pitt was arrested for sexual abuse … with authorities accusing him of having sexually assaulted his girlfriend of the time and later attacking him with several frank objects.
According to the indictment, the prosecutors say that the accusations of PitT come from four national incidents which would have taken place between April 2020 and August 2021.
The cops claim that the alleged incidents occurred at the home of Bushwick actors with his girlfriend of the time … where they say they have caressed ex on an occasion, then – months later – to the allegedly sexually assaulted and hit it with a wooden board.
At a different time, the prosecutors claim to have attacked the alleged victim with a concrete block.
According to the sources of application of the law … Pitt was arrested on Friday May 2 at 9 p.m. for injury to assault with a sexually motivated weapon, sexually motivated strangulation, sexual abuse and forced constraint. Pitt pleaded not guilty of all accusations against him. He filed a deposit of $ 100,000 and was released from the guard.
Fans of “Boardwalk Empire” will recognize Pitt like Jimmy Darmody … A main character in the first two seasons of the show. The character was killed because Pitt would have been difficult to work with it.
Pitt also appeared in “Hannibal”, “Hugo”, “Hedwig and the Angry Inch”, “Dawson's Creek” and “Seven Psychopaths”.
Pitt's lawyer, Jason Goldman, said to TMZ … “Unfortunately, we live in a world where someone like M. Pitt – an accomplished professional who would never be as much as contemplating these crimes – can be arrested on the non -corroborated speech of an inconvenience.”
“In reality, this baseless complaint raised an increase of four or five years after the alleged incident, at a time when the two parties were in a completely consensual and voluntary relationship. This case will be rejected.”
