The building, located near the current headquarters of Mattel on Continental Boulevard, includes studios that the company will use to take photos and videos to promote its products, as well as a patio that has households and barbecue and kitchen areas. The building is close to other amenities, including restaurants, a high -end sports club, hotels and stores. While workers are starting to return to the office after the Pandemic Covid-19, companies are trying to make the office more attractive for employees who have been used to working remotely.
