Brother would have grabbed the cop before being killed

New details have surfaced in the mortal shooting of the police of the alum of “The Real Housewives of Orange County” Lydia McLaughlinThe police brother said that he had caught the taser of the cop and assaulted the officer before being shot during a traffic stop.

According to Newport Beach police, Geoffrey shyam Stirling “managed to withdraw the taser issued by the agent's belt department department and tried to deploy it several times against the officer” when stopping traffic Thursday in Orange County, California. The ministry says: “At that time, a shooting involving an officer occurred.”
The PD continued to confirm what the sources of application of the law told us on Friday … that Geoffrey was not cooperative and assaulted the cop.
The PD says that they provided Geoffrey medical help until the arrival of the Newport Beach firefighters on the scene. He was then declared dead in the hospital.
The California Ministry of Justice is aware of the shooting and conducts an independent investigation. Once the survey is completed, the results will be given to the DoJ's special proceedings section for an independent exam.
Lydia said to TMZ on Friday … “My family and I are devastated by the loss of my brother. We are grateful for the outpouring of the love and support of his friends, family and community. We kindly ask for private life while we cry.”
Geoffrey was 45 years old.
