The coffin of Pope Francis is moved from Casa Santa Marta, where the Pope died on Easter Monday, at the Saint-Pierre Basilica.
The procession is led by Cardinal Camerlengo Kevin Farrell.
The late pontiff will remain in the state of the Saint-Pierre basilica for three days of mourning. The faithful will be able to visit and pay tribute until 7 p.m. Friday.
The funeral of Pope Francis will take place on Saturday at 10 a.m. He will be buried in the papal basilica of Saint Mary Major, making him the first pope to be buried outside the Vatican from Leo XIII in 1903.
