Lil Durk wants the indictment against him rejected … The prosecutors argued have underlined a version of a song where Durk would have celebrated Saviay'a Robinson – When RondoCousin of the cousin – killed, but Durk claims that he was not involved in the decisions on the song.

Durk’s lawyers add that changes in the song occurring after January 2022 were not made by the rapper or anyone with whom he is close.
The Lil Durk team hit prosecutors harshly … saying that they “continue the banks on a theory of extra-sensory foreknowledge”, so they were not allowed to make the argument to the Grand Jury.
As we said, Durk wants the accusation of replacement rejected … essentially rejecting all the accusations against him because he was not appointed in the initial indictment.
