Kanye West Prepares to continue his former dentist … saying that he has suffered financial injury and damage due to an alleged reckless administration of nitrous oxide.
The rapper's legal team – led by Andrew Cherkasky – sent a notice of intent to Sue to Dr. Thomas P. ConnellyWho, they said, became the dentist of Ye at the beginning of 2024.
Ye's team says that although he was under the care of Connelly, the dentist “has embarked on many inappropriate and dangerous practices which were far from the limits of any medical objective or legitimate care standard”.
Among this alleged inappropriate behavior, Ye said that Connelly gave it excessive quantities of nitrogen oxide for non-medical purposes, allowing and encouraging non-supervised gas-administration of gas and continuous treatment despite “negative neurological and behavioral signs”.
He also claims that the dentist essentially abandoned the maintenance, suddenly withdrawing his care without appropriate transition when he saw the negative consequences of the nitrous oxide of Ye.

Ye's lawyers say he has suffered from physical, psychological and financial problems due to Dr. Connelly's negligence. They also claim Bianca Censori – Kanye's wife – was also injured in the process … Losing Ye's company because of dependence.
