Pakistan Minister of Foreign Affairs said on Saturday that his country would consider a de -escalation if India had stopped other attacks. He said that Saudi Arabia and Turkey have also played an important role in facilitating the agreement, which entered into force at 4:30 p.m. local time.
It has completely reopened its airspace for all types of flights.
Indian Wing commander Vyomika Singh said at a press conference in New Delhi that his country was attached to “non-escalale, provided that the Pakistani party”.
On his social platform of truth, US President Donald Trump said he was happy to announce that India and Pakistan had accepted a complete and immediate ceasefire.
“Congratulations to the two countries for having used common sense and great intelligence. Thank you for your attention to this question! ” Read his message.
On Saturday, a Pakistani official said that at least 11 people had been killed and 56 others injured in what he said to be Indian bombing in several regions near the Cashmere control line.
The country's Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that Pakistan responded after India's night missile attacks in air bases and other places.
India denies achieving civilian goals.
Armed men pulled and killed at least 26 tourists at the Pahalgam Resort in cashmere under Indian control on April 22, which was a major change in a regional conflict that largely spared civilians. Unidentified armed men also injured 17 other people.
A group called cashmere resistance, which India accuses Pakistan to support, said the attack.
The new round of confrontation was another climbing of a conflict of several decades in the contested cashmere region which began after a bloody partition of India in 1947.
