Network Rail Property welcomed New Gail bakeries in London Bridge and London Liverpool Street Stations, as part of Gail entry into retail.
The new Gail store in London Liverpool Street Station, which opened in February, has 2,730 square feet of first -rate retail space. Perfectly located in the flagship space of the busiest station in London, this store will offer restoration options all day, including freshly prepared coffee, hand done by hand, pastries and a selection of sandwiches and other delicious food choices.
Including 980 square feet, the new Gail store at Station London Bridge has also just opened, bringing passengers the conventional gail experience that fans of food know and love. The London Bridge Unit gives customers a clear vision of the bakery room adding a feeling of theater.
Customers of the London Bridge and Liverpool Street stations will benefit from high experience of food for use with Gail using ingredients of butchers, cheese producers and vegetables based on the United Kingdom as part of its menu offer.
The Hero product at Gail's is its delicious cinnamon bun. A gilded and puff pastry paste filled with cinnamon, brown sugar and butter, baked and then thrown into cinnamon sugar. In the past 12 months, Gail's has sold more than 2 million cinnamon rolls through its bakeries.
The last 18 months have seen Network Rail proactively evolve the retail mixture in its 19 stations managed by introducing new brands and experiences.
Network Rail has and manage more than 600,000 square feet of retail space of choices in the main locations of the city center. In all the stations managed by network rails, there are more than 700 million visits per year. The income generated by the retail and the F&B are crucial to network the reinvestment during rail in the transformation of the British railways.
