The Vita All'aquazzura at Rome's Hotel in Russia
Is there a sexier name in the stilettos than Equazzura? Or a Roman garden more delicious than that of the Hôtel de Russia? Questions practically hypothetical, these are the primacy of the designs of Edgardo Osorio shoes and the consumption spot in Alfresco at the Roman flagship of Sir Rocco Forte. The two meeting would seem a recipe for success; It's hope with the new Aquazzura bar. Osorio, known to be an Appassionato decoration, has already been in the moonlight of a collection of dishes, Aquazzura house; The Riffs bar on its design themes, alternating the signature monochrome scratches from the shoe brand with lively floral prints on umbrellas and awnings. The two intimate tops alternate with a wall bench for the largest parts. Regarding drinks, they will be tailor -made, but there is a penchant pronounced towards Ultrafine tequilas (Tipple of choice of Osorio). It is a garden bar in a garden bar, slipped on the stairs and overlooking all the action – but almost invisible for those who are below.
Views of the acropolis and sunset bubbles in Athens

Given that Osènes is the gateway to a myriad of escape points, from Koufounisi to Kythira, he could well take into account your travel plans this summer. Wherever you stay, you would be well advised to consider an evening in the outdoor restaurant on the fifth floor at the Dolli. “Sexy acropolis!” were the words of the founder of the Hydra reading club and Hts Contributor Josh HickeyA regular of Athens, to describe it.

He is not the only one to assess the extraordinary panoramic views, the windy decor (white, white and white – lack of lounge chairs – with polished marble earnu) and long sunsets of champagne. It is open to outdoor customers, although the hotel, with its supremely central location and recently decorated rooms, deserves to be considered your base.
Big news excavation of the experimental in the high marshes

One of the most anticipated openings in Paris in 2025 comes from a trio that started almost two decades ago by opening only one – and, at the time, extremely Non -parish – cocktail bar. The experimental cocktail club was quickly a cult success; Seven other outposts later (plus four wine bars and 12 hotels in England, France, Spain, Switzerland and Italy), the ECC team brought it home with the experimental marsh, a 43-room hotel, designed by Tristan Auer, in the High Marais.

The interiors of Auer are a fabulous amalgam of French neo-Gothic and great American, especially in the terrestrial, temple and capon restaurant. The American bar on the first floor pays tribute both in the design and drinks card not to say it, the Raines Law Room and a handful of other Manhattan classics (the island, not the drink – although they claim to make one of these so perfect). Is worth an hour of tête-à-tête, under perfect lighting.
Hoxton lifts the roof (private garden) in Florence

Each year, around 10 million tourists visit Florence – a city which, having been built widely before the 17th century, has difficulty welcoming its popularity from the 21st century. While the sweaty masses and monument in a monument threaten to crush your enthusiasm, and perhaps also your ends, the inhabitants know the exercise: bring you on a roof of the hotel. Florentines and extinct expatriates were favorable to the Loggia of Palazzo Guadagni before too many instagrammers ruined the party for everyone. It is therefore a warm welcome for the new Hoxton Florence.

Piazza della Libertà, formerly slightly ignominy, has cleaned a lot in recent years, and the arrival of the Hoxton flag, always popular (and eminently of good value), adds much more here. He also adds a neighborhood wine shopAlthough a very sumptuous permutation of the one with benches and crescent-living room cupboards piled up with Italian vintages. If a roof is a must, there is a planted terrace, furnished with its own bar, available for private reservations.
