When the family photographer of Portia Moore and Damien Thomas changed the plans of their photo session in the afternoon in the tide basin this week, the couple liked the idea.

President Obama was windy of the now viral photo and sent a message on social networks apologize to children for having photobombinating their portrait: “Preston and beautiful, I hope you enjoyed the peak flower! My bad on the photo.”
