DiddyThe defense team and federal prosecutors add 16 other potential jurors to the swimming pool … and one of them has strong feelings about the Cassie Beat the video.
After 2 days of selection of the jury, there is now a total of 35 people in the jury basin. Today's selections decompose like this: 5 white men, 4 black men, 3 black women, 2 white women, 1 Latin man and 1 woman whose ethnicity is not clear.

The most interesting selection of this group may have been a man who told the judge that he had seen the surveillance video of the Hôtel de Diddy Attaler Cassie. He said that Diddy looked “angry and hostile and entitled” during the brutal scene.
This information was not sufficient for the judge to the excuse. Obviously, prosecutors would not do it and would not dispute with a juror who has these feelings – but the defense did not oppose either.

Of course, it is not a slam dunk that the guy finds himself on the jury of 12 people. Once they have chosen enough people for the pool of potential jurors … Prosecutors and defense will reduce it to 18, including the 6 alternates. Prosecutors receive 6 preemptical challenges, and the defense receives 10 challenges, which they use to eliminate potential jurors without showing.
