Let us go to the last of the annual world conference of the Noken Institute, our editor-in-chief, Brian Sozzi, sit with the co-founder of Greycroft, Dana Settle, to discuss her career for several decades in venture capital, the future of AI and how trade is to reshape technology. Listen.

I would say that in the last decade, 15 years, I mean, uh, everything we invest, we would tell ourselves, is there a global tomb for that? And I think, you know, so it was sort of, was there a global tomb, maybe less China. And now it's sort of, well, Jeez, you really have to be the winner in the United States at least. And I think that, uh, me, you know, we believe that some of these markets are greater than they seem, especially, again, in AI, because they are that they take what was historically like software income, say, for a given area, say for, you know, CRM. And now they actually go up in certain services. And so they probably bring some of these services to the ground and build them in the kinds of the platform, if you want. And so, uh, you know, I think that some of the markets and the domestic markets are developing, but I also, like, having very, you know, in a business, we have a very long -term perspective. And so what I suppose will happen is that things change again.

Well, in this context, are you ready to pay for its own growth, or now you must question the growth rates of certain companies in this context?

I mean, I think that the growth we see, especially because of the complete complaint that occurs, is so important. I mean, I know, I have never seen, uh growth rates like this in my career. I mean, I don't think anyone did.

What are you looking for in this next incredible technological leader?

So it really depends. I mean, just like an AA reminder, we have three distinct strategies. So we have an AI strategy, which I may have mentioned several times. We have a consumer brand strategy, then we also have a sustainability strategy that we do in partnership with Coca-Cola and eight of its bottlers around the world. And uh, and therefore in each of these areas, I would say that the only thing that is important for any business at the moment, do they think of what artificial intelligence means for their business? And it would therefore be through one of them. And in terms of leader, we are really looking for leaders who are technical or or have technical leaders as part of the founding team. I think it's so important. And if there is an indigenous AI company, they must really be able to attract the most incredible, you know, in a way technical talents, research spirits, you know, in the world. And so we are looking for deeply technical founders, but who are capable of attracting and really thinking about a business like thinking commercially. I think, you know, if you look at Openai and I think what they have managed to do, the technological side is is incredible, but in some respects, the market is what is even more impressive. And I think it takes, you know, by removing pages of playbooks, you know, AWS and, you know, from Google Cloud and in whatever all these companies, these hyperscalers have managed to do, but simply apply it at a pace which, you know, is not unprecedented.

Do you think that day the most popular company on the market?
