Allen's great national runner died after Saturday's race in Aintree.
The 13 -year -old horse, the oldest of the 34 runners, was removed after the final closure and collapsed on the track.
After treatment on the course, the gelding entered the horses' ambulance and led to the stables of the racetrack for a more in -depth assessment.
But after initially showing signs of recovery, his condition “deteriorated considerably” and he died on Tuesday.
The Jockey Micheal Nolan, the Celebre rider of Allen, received a 10 -day suspension on Saturday after the Aintree stewards decided that he had “continued in the race when the horse no longer seemed to have to give and clearly lost ground after the second fence”.
The BBC Sport has been informed that Nolan would not be during the punishment of the British Horseracing Authority (BHA).
“To fully place the blame on jockey is speculative and subjective in terms of being able to prove it,” said BHA, Brant Dunshea.
Celebre d'Allen was a 125-1 shot at the National, which was won by Jockey Patrick Mullins on Nick Rockett.
On Tuesday, it was also announced that Mullins received an eight -day ban after his journey was returned to the whip review committee.
The amateur jockey, 35, broke the whip rules during the race, using his whip eight times after the final fence when the leaving race limit is seven.
He will be suspended for eight distinct days, including April 23 and 25.
