Cassie trying to kill Diddy's request for his book, Bank Likes

Cassie said Diddy Fishing for fishing, demanding that she put her bank statements and a book she wrote about her … and she wants a judge to put the Kibosh on her legal request.

According to new legal documents, obtained by TMZ, Cassie tries to bring the court to kill an assignment to appear that it claims to have been served by the legal team of Diddy.

Cassie says that Diddy sent him an assignment on March 19 by demanding that she will put back “all the projects of memories, autobiographies, stories, newspapers, magazines or notes … and any communication on the publication or threat plans to publish such a document.”

The assignment is interesting at a few levels … because earlier in the case of Diddy, one of his lawyers, Marc Agnifilosaid Cassie had told Diddy that she had written a book on him that he could “catch and kill” for $ 30 million.

Agnifilo said in September that Cassie had called on Diddy's lawyer on a registered line informing her that she had written a book on their relationship which she planned to publish. Agnifilo also said that Cassie told Diddy that he could buy the rights of the book for $ 30 million to prevent him from being published.

The thing is … Agnifilo said that Diddy had fallen on the alleged offer. He claims that Cassie changed lawyers and his new lawyer told Diddy in November 2023 that the book was no longer important because a civil sex affair was going to be deposited.
