In the summer of 2021, Hayoung Roh auditioned for Knicks City dancers on a whim – and cut. After a year with this team, she went to Brooklynettes dancers, the official Brooklyn Nets dance team. She is now in her second dancing season with Brooklynettes, and her first co-captain.
Roh's dance, on stage or on the field, radiates sincerity and effermescence. She tried everything, from commercial jobs abroad (“Destiny”, the resident program of MGM Cotai Resort in Macao), to the safeguard dance for Kylie Minogue, to Dance with the J Chen project by Jessica Chen and the Nai-Ni Chen Dance Company in New York. Her Brooklynettes experience giving himself new ways: “Being part of the environment that was established by our coaches was such a blessing,” she said. “From the moment I auditioned, I knew I was in good hands.”

“As a co-captain of the Brooklynettes, I try to give myself the grace and to keep myself responsible. In this role, it is important to develop individual relationships with dancers. I even take a leadership coaching class, in order to constantly present myself as my best me and to help direct this group of incredible women. ”
A second act
