It seems that Rocket Raccoon has dropped in difficult times … because instead of saving the Marvel universe, he smokes methamphetamine in Ohio – or, at least a raccoon that looks like him.
The images of Cam Cam of in the canton of Springfield, in Ohio, Monday evening become viral after an officer withdrew a woman and told her that she had a mandate for her arrest.
After putting it in cuffs, he returns to the car … and finds a raccoon seated on the front seat – hands wrapped around a glass cylinder.
The officer claims that he is a “Methamphetamine pipe” … and he laughs while watching the raccoon play with.
A person standing nearby is trying to remove him from the little creature – she does not want him to have it, she said – but, the cop grabs her arm and says that it is evidence when he tries to make him away from the creature.
He removes a pipe … But, the raccoon – which, according to the cops, is named “Chewy” – catches another and puts him to his lips as he plans to smoke it, sending the officer again in hysteria.
According to the cops, they then searched the vehicle and claimed to have found a bulk quantity of methamphetamine, crack and three methamphetamine pipes used.
The female of the cops arrested – 55 years old Victoria Vidal – was accused of possession of drugs and possession of drug accessories.
For anyone worried for Chewy – he is unharmed … no Award for squirrel situation here. The cops reach out to the appropriate authorities to determine if Victoria had the right documents to keep it as a pet.
Hopefully they are also working on bringing it into a 12 -step program – and another raccoon to be his sponsor!
