Dave Asprey has a serious curriculum vitae. He created the exclusive retirement of “brain optimization” in the northwest of the Pacific, 40 years of Zen. He is considered the father of biohacking and a quadruple New York Times successful author. He is the founder and CEO of Danger Coffee. And Asprey is the Zen expert.
“When I was 14, I was arthritis in my two knees,” he said. “As I was in mid-vings, I weighed 300 pounds. Not only was I overweight, but I also had ADHD, OCD, SSPT, Asperger's and chronic anxiety.
Asprey decided to make a change. He worked with Masters in Nepal and Tibet, and took “piles of nootropics”. “However,” he says, “the only thing that made the biggest difference for me was Neurofeedback.”
Neurofeedback, by the way, “involves sticking electrode sensors at your head which transmit signals to a computer. Then you consciously work on your brain while receiving real -time comments from the computer. Neurofeedback's goal is to improve your brain better by dragging it so that it is self -aware. ” Got it?
He says the process has circumvented its brain function and completed gaps.
“I also learned to stay calm and focused in any situation and to make sure that I made decisions aware of the right place, rather than unconsciously making decisions that were ultimately not in my best interest,” he said.
