Mark Geragos may not like it DiddyLawyers are subject to a gag prescription – and he too … But, an eminent prosecutor of the said that prosecutors need it to avoid a possible call.
Kirsten Brown-Neil – An assistant district prosecutor of the County – told us about “TMZ Live” on the judge Arun Subramanian warning Geragos to look at what he says about our “2 angry men” podcast.
Asked about the geragos invoking a decision of the Supreme Court saying that the defendants and their lawyers have the right to speak publicly about the case, Kirsten said that she thought that Geragos adopts a very close view of the decision.
Kirsten says our own Harvey Levin Must also look at what he says about the podcast … or, he and geragos could end up being used as a reason for call in this case!
As for whether he should be the defense to decide if they speak too much to the public and potentially poison their case, Kirsten says that it is actually unfair for prosecutors … because someone like Geragos could end up sabotaging their own customer during an accident.
The way Brown -Neil explains, if Geragos is a kind of unofficial member of the Diddy's legal team – something he has kept in mom so far – then speaking and biaging the jury in one way or another, he could himself be used in an ineffectiveness of the call of advice.

So, if the prosecutors are able to obtain a conviction, they do not want MG to speak … because the Diddy's team could try to use something like that to appeal the decision.
Brown -Neil says that prosecutors cannot just get a conviction – they have to protect it once they also have one.

Kirsten also tells how prosecutors represent the public … So the public has the right to hear them discuss the case when they can.
Of course, the prosecutors sent a letter to the judge about Geragos who calls them a “pack 6 of white women” in a recent episode of “2 Angry Men” – and he said to Geragos“I'm going to watch and I will listen to. Okay? You have one more listener for your podcast.”
The third day of the jury selection ended on Wednesday … and, the 45 -member jury basin has now been selected. Although there is no court tomorrow, this number will be reduced to 12 jurors and 6 substitutes on Friday.
The trial is evolving – with the opening arguments to start next week … Do not expect to hear the defense discuss it!
