Published
Smokey Robinson is chased by 4 women who say they are used to working for him … saying that he had assaulted them and sexually raped them on several occasions during their jobs.
The prosecution was filed Tuesday morning in Los Angeles by Four Jane claiming that they were working as cleaning women for the music star and his wife, Frances Gladney Robinson.
The 4 accusers – who say they were overlapping by working for Smokey and Frances – claim that they were assaulted several times … with the first alleged incident that occurred in 2007.
Although there are a variety of allegations formulated against Smokey in the document … There is a certain consistency among the Jane – with all, with Smokey, would call them in his room or other places while his wife was far from the house.
These women allege that Smokey would then force themselves to them … penetrate them with their fingers, giving them the oral sex or making them oral sex on him, then violating them despite the fact that they claimed that they said to him several times, according to the costume.
Women claim that Smokey sometimes put a towel before forcing themselves allegedly on them so as not to do a mess of bed linen. At least two of the victims claim to have ejaculated inside without protection.
They continue smokey for a sexual battery, assault, false penalty and gender violence … and they are looking for at least $ 50 million in damages.
The 23 -year -old Smokey wife is also included in the trial, although women are clear, she has never participated in any alleged sexual assault or alleged rape. Instead, they pursue Frances because they say that she knew the alleged anterior sexual misconduct that Smokey has committed and did nothing to prevent this from happening again.

They also claim that Frances has created a hostile working environment using racial loaded epithets giving them arduous tasks and depriving them of meals and rest breaks.
We have stood out to Smokey and Frances … so far, no return word.
