Township of Rice, County of Luzerne (Wbre / Wyou) – Crews were called to a car accident reported on Saturday morning along the Interstate-81 (i-81) south in the canton of Rice.
The Coroner of the County of Luzerne declares that a 49 -year -old woman died after an accident of turning a car.
She was the only occupant of the vehicle.
PA511 shows that the i -81 south was closed between exit 164: PA 29 – Nanticoke and exit 159: Nuangola, but reopened around 1:45 p.m.
