Joshua Jackson And Jodie Turner-Smith are on the same wavelength regarding most of their divorce terms – but with regard to primary school, they always go there in court.
According to new legal documents, obtained by TMZ, Joshua and Jodie hammered a divorce regulations. According to documents, the couple used a mediator to offer a temporary schedule to governing their daughter's 50-50 guard, Juno.
What they cannot agree on is … where Juno will go to school, and now Jodie wants Joshua to join an order of the court which gives him the power to choose the primary school of Juno.
In the documents deposited by his lawyer, The Disso Queen Laura WaterJodie says she wants their 5 -year -old child to move to a new school next year, but Josh is on the way. She says that she did research on the new school, conferred on Joshua on this subject and made sure that she was quite close to his home – but she claims that he refuses to get on board.
As for the other terms … Joshua will pay $ 2,787 / month of child alimony, but no monthly support for the spouse – they settled on a lump sum. Jodie also asked him to pay $ 75,000 for her lawyer fees in the school battle.
