Over the past 10 years, a large number of administrators and politicians have proven their incompetence by not being able to effectively use the billions that have already been approved.
I can only hope that Mayor Karen Bass can get better results that Eric Garcetti has done to bring the accommodation to the evil married. But given the lack of efficiency in the treatment of the fire crisis, and all the requirements that will come after fires, it seems desperate to believe that the additional $ 1.5 billion on the table will actually see an application to help people who are poorly dried to get off the street.
