At least 27 Palestinians were killed during the night in Israeli air strikes in Gaza, according to local health officials.

Among the dead were 10 members of a family of Beit Lahiya, including a former prisoner, Abdel-Fattah Abu Mahadi, who had been released as part of the ceasefire, as well as his wife, children and grandchildren.
Other strikes killed seven people in Gaza City and 10 others in Khan Younis, including several young children.
Israel has carried out daily bombings since the end of a ceasefire with Hamas last month, cutting the 2 million Gaza residents of food and medicine.
There was no immediate comments from the Israeli army. The officials say that they target the activists, while the Palestinians say that nowhere in Gaza is safe.
