Eldon Square, a leading destination, leisure and catering in Newcastle, announced that the favorite of Japanese catering, Maki & Ramen, will open its doors to the center this summer.
Launched 10 years ago with the mission of making Japanese meals of high quality more accessible, Maki & Ramen continues to fill the gap between the restaurants of high -end sushi and the convenience to take away. The brand experienced a strong regional imprint with locations in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester and Leeds, and the new restaurant of 3,150 square feet in Eldon Square marks its tenth opening in the United Kingdom, and its first in the northeast.
Located on Old Eldon Square, the restaurant will include Sakura flower ceilings from Maki & Ramen, accents in pink gold, a complete sushi bar, a traditional Japanese menu and Japanese inspiration cocktails, designed to create an immersive and experienced catering offer.
