Vietnam reduces fraud on American exports, documents of documents

Hanoi: The Vietnam Ministry of Commerce has published a directive to suppress illegal transhipment of goods in the United States and other business partners while trying to avoid United States PricesAccording to a document examined by Reuters.

The Ministry of Directive, which was dated and effective on April 15, said that commercial fraud should increase in a context of increasing tension caused by American prices.

This would in turn make “more complicated to avoid the sanctions that countries will apply to imported goods” if fraud is not prevented, he said. The directive has specifically appointed any country where transshipment fraud could come. However, Vietnam imports almost 40% of the goods from China and Washington openly accused Beijing of using the Southeast Asian Nation as a transhipment center to dodge American tasks.

Vietnam has been slapped by the Trump administration with 46% of “reciprocal” prices, currently interrupted until July, which, if applied, could seriously undermine a growth model that is based on exports to the United States and large investments in the country by foreign manufacturers.
