Jayson Tatum took a blatant fault and landed on his right wrist at the end of the match of Sunday playoffs between the Boston and Orlando Magic Celtics, which aroused a concern about an injury.
Tatum was able to finish the match and told journalists that the radiographs on his wrist returned negative after Boston 103-86 Victory In match 1 of the first round series.

Tatum's fear of injuries took place with 8:28 remaining in the fourth quarter. He attacked the basket for an attempt by Dunk and landed on the basic line after a fault by Kentavious Caldwell-Pope in which the magic guard caught the right elbow of Tatum and pulled while Tatum was in the air.
Tatum landed hard in the field and tightened his right wrist. He stayed on the ground for several moments after the fault. Officials examined the fault on Caldwell-Pope and went from personnel to a flagrant 1.
During the exam, Tatum got up and went to the bench, where he received a treatment from a member of the Celtics medical staff. When the game resumed, he went to the line of fault to shoot his free throws.

A free throw shooter of 81% for the season, Tatum missed them both. But he continued to play in the section and struck his first pointer 3 of the match a few moments later, relieving the concern he was facing an important injury.
But he continued to bend his wrist on the bench once he was left from the match in the last two minutes with the rest of the Celtic runners, clearly still in discomfort.
He approached the status of his wrist during his post-match press conference.
“Everything is fine,” said Tatum when he asked him about his wrist. “I just came across it, I landed on it.”
Tatum, who scored 17 points on 8 shots out of 22, offered minimal details when he was asked if he thought that it would bother him to advance in the playoffs.

“I just landed on it,” continued Tatum. “He was pulling a second. In a way, he disappeared.”

Tatum then confirmed that he had x -rays on his wrist.
“Yeah, it's clean, it's good,” said Tatum about radiographs.
Although the results of the radiographs have been good news for Tatum, it is not clear from Tatum's responses to what extent his wrist disturbs him or if that has an impact on the future.
Jaylen Brown addresses knee
Tatum is not the only eminent Celtic dealing with injury problems. Jaylen Brown played on Sunday after injections for a persistent injury on the knee.
Brown played 30 minutes on Sunday, scoring 16 points while shooting 6 out of 14 on the field. He told journalists after the match he felt “much better”.
“I feel much better,” said Brown, by the Boston Herald. “I feel much better, moving much better. So I think it's great.
“I think some people have definitely prayed for me in the past two weeks or something else, and I feel much better.”
Boston should play Orlando in match 2 of his first round series on Wednesday.
