The Curia of Hungary, also known as the Supreme Court, canceled the police decision to prohibit the Hungarian Dog Festival with two tails (MKKP) of holding an event on the Madách square in Budapest de Budapest.

Police had prohibited the planned event, citing an amendment to the Basic Hungary Law which has tightened child protection and drug security policies.
On April 14, the Hungarian parliament devoted a zero tolerance policy with regard to drugs in the amendment. The country's fundamental law also stipulates that production, consumption, distribution and promotion of drugs is prohibited.
The MKKP appealed the decision, arguing that the police 'decision to prohibit marijuana had been made before the amendment of the Basic Law. Curia has concluded that an event cannot be prohibited on the basis of a law that has not yet been adopted.
The Million Marijuana march, also called the World Mariage of Marijuana, is an event organized worldwide. In many countries, the event takes place on April 20, a reference at the end 4:20, which is the slang of cannabis culture for the consumption of marijuana. The use of cannabis, which is considered by much less harmful than alcohol and tobacco, has been decriminalized or legalized in an increasing number of countries in recent years.
