Frank Luna has been working with young New York Yankees players for a few years, helping them with signing and appearance opportunities.
With these appearances, he likes to find a significant card of the player to give them potentially.

This time, it was the succession of Yankees, Luke Weaver, who made a name for himself as closer to New York last season.
While working recently with Weaver at Collectiblexchange by Brandon Steiner, Luna found the perfect card to give the Yankees launcher – a precious card that has not appeared on the secondary market often.
It was Bowman Draft Chrome Autographs 2014 of Weaver Superfractor, which is numbered 1-OF-OF-1 and classified the CGC GEM Mint 10 (formerly CSG) cards.
“I was paying attention to the Weaver market and I saw it appear,” said Luna, from New Jersey. “When his super appeared on eBay, I hit the guy and we have entered into an agreement for that.”

Luna holds a little while waiting for the day he could exchange the card in Weaver. He finally had this chance last week.

“He was delighted,” said Luna. “Just the way things happen, he said he would love to share this with one of his children. It was cool.”
Luna has recovered a card in the profession. Weaver signed an orange parallel from the same set for Luna with a special inscription.
“Frank thank you for the great!”
And Weaver even signed it “1/1” – make the card with the registration a really unique of its kind.
Even if Luna was able to work with a number of baseball players such as Aaron Boone, Paul O'Neill and Oswaldo Cabrera, these moments are special and important for him.
Regarding Weaver, Luna was inspired by her history. Weaver has launched in MLB since 2015 and sometimes has difficulty, going from a starter to a lifter while trying to find the right role. Everything clicked last season when Weaver had the best season of his career for a decade.

Luna was dismissed not long ago and did not know what he was going to do. However, he did not let this setback prevent him from continuing incredible opportunities. He used his passion and his relationships to dive his head first in work with athletes.
It's not just special for Luna; It also helps players develop their roots in the community by connecting them with Little League teams and similar organizations.
Then he gets a card for the player, who will never leave his collection.
“What is cool is that I bought it last year with the idea that it would come back to him one day,” said Luna. “Weaver's story was so unique and different. It is crushed through the majors and being able to make something like that for a player is cool to do. ”
