Meeting a simple spirit almost always feels alive. When Dr Anna Roth And I first sat down to record a podcast together in 2019, we talked for a long time of our own mental health experiences and why we both trained, in our own way, to facilitate navigation on the ups and downs of life. Throughout the conversations, we decided that we wanted to create a course that directly spoke to people like us, those who felt forced to look outside the typical self-assistance approach “get out of your boots”.
The best bad day lesson It's been almost two years in the making and I am incredibly proud of what I created with Dr Anna Roth. This course, and the practices that presented me, have completely changed the course of my life and how I take care of my own ups and downs. It helped me learn to create a new path for myself when the bad days inevitably come. I am so impatient to share the same trip with you all.
What is the course?
Best bad days is an online course in five steps designed to teach you to feel better, to break unhealthy models and to strengthen self -confidence.
It is not self-assistance. It is the self-leadership.
The course includes:
- Audio lessons for learning on the go
- Homework to reflect and keep you responsible
- Guided meditations to bring the equipment you learn outside inside
All the materials are up to you to come back again and again.
Better Bad Days is an online course in five steps designed to teach you to feel better, to break unhealthy models and to strengthen self -confidence.
The course program was developed by Dr Anna RothA holistic psychologist with more than a decade of experience in the field of mental health, as an accessible way to help you prepare for better bad days. This is not a replacement of therapy. Rather, it is a step -by -step course that will provide you with a better approach of any future bad day or moments, whenever they can occur. Consider another tool in your toolbox; A way to connect to your feelings and respond with action and compassion instead of turning to old adaptation mechanisms that never help you.
Although this course, like any other healing trip, will require a time commitment from you, please note that you are welcome to pass the course at your own pace, whether it is a question of finishing each of the five stages in a few hours, a few days, a week or a month.

This course is for you if:
- You have always wanted to feel better about yourself but you don't know how.
- Your inner criticism is the strongest voice in your head.
- No matter what you do, you can't feel good enough.
- You tend to put everyone's needs before yours.
- You don't really feel your limits until you exceed them (exploding or decomposing).
- You find it hard to defend your needs because you are not completely sure of what they are.
- You avoid registering with yourself because you are afraid of what exists.
- You work or have worked with a therapist, but you want to extend your personal care toolbox.
Does that seem familiar?
